Freshaire Business Services was established in February 2004 with a view to helping the business world communicate more effectively. We realised that although there are many business people who are great at what they do, they sometimes fall down when it comes to letting other people know just how good they really are.

Freshaire aims to fill that gap both verbally via the telephone and by the use of clear written English, opening up new business opportunities to its growing bank of satisfied clients.

Freshaire Business Services offers a fully bespoke, personalised and professional telemarketing and appointment setting service.

If you prefer your own staff to make calls on your behalf, but they are failing to get the results you want, Freshaire also offers one-to-one telemarketing coaching sessions.

The other part of Freshaire Business Services is our proof reading, editing and copywriting service. This can be for anything from business letters and promotional material to website text.
